The Analysis Engine provides multiple analysis resources for prokaryotic sequences as well as custom analysis on a fee-for-service or independant pipeline access.

Initial Concept
AE was designed and built for faculty members offering fee-for-service sequencing to both internal schools and external vendors. The site features a streamlined interface for easy navigation, enabling users to quickly find information about services.
The design centered around data driven molecular theme where each molecule on the page is connected by a dotted line to carry the users eyes down the page. Illustrations were created to give a more custom feel to the site.
