NeMO Archive
The Neuroscience Multi-omic Archive (NeMO Archive) is a data repository specifically focused on the storage and dissemination of omic data generated from the BRAIN Initiative, SCORCH consortium and other brain research projects.

Initial Concept
The consortium required a website to showcase their research data outcomes and serve as a resource for tutorials. Early in the process, we identified the need to display data prominently on the homepage. To address this, we developed a solution to pull data from a Google Cloud Storage bucket and present it in chart form using nvD3 for clean visualizations.
As the project evolved, the demand for new features increased. We implemented a comprehensive set of functionalities including user login, registration, bucket uploads, and submission status/search features, enabling users to interact seamlessly with the site.
